Caucasus Translations supports Azerbaijani↔Georgian translation for commercial, personal and official-use document work connected with Georgia. Requests can involve a contract or company file, trade and logistics paperwork, a power of attorney, a family record, a medical document or an appointment that needs professional interpreting.
Azerbaijani and Georgian documents
We translate Azerbaijani↔Georgian records with attention to the full document set: names, dates, seals, signatures, annexes, stamps and authentication pages can all matter. English↔Azerbaijani work may be available where the target language, subject matter and workflow are agreed for the project.
Business, contracts and commercial material
For Azerbaijan–Georgia business activity, translations may include contracts, company extracts, resolutions, invoices, correspondence, commercial proposals, product information and logistics documentation. The translation team should receive the complete file rather than selected pages, particularly where terms are defined in an annex. See Financial Translation Services, Legal Translation Services and foreign company documents.
Powers of attorney, family and medical records
A power of attorney must retain the source wording, scope, limitations, dates and notarial text; a family record must retain official fields and annotations. Medical files need careful terminology and confidentiality. Our power-of-attorney guidance, marriage-record guidance and medical translation page provide useful preparation context.
Interpreting
For a business meeting, notary, bank, clinic or other official appointment, share the location, date, expected duration, language pair and purpose early. Interpreting supports communication; it does not replace legal advice or determine document acceptance.
Translation, notarization, apostille, legalization and recipient acceptance are different matters. A translation makes the document readable in another language. A notarial step, apostille or legalization may be requested for a particular document and purpose, but none of those steps guarantees that a recipient will accept a file. Confirm the current requirement with the receiving institution before the work is finalized.
Preparing commercial and personal files
Commercial files should include the full agreement or record, schedules, product lists, signature pages and any referenced attachments. For personal documents, include both sides, annotations and attached certificates. If different documents use different spellings or transliterations of a name, provide the relevant passport or linking record. The translator should reflect the source accurately rather than rewrite a discrepancy.
Working with a receiving organisation
Before finalizing work, ask the counterparty, authority, bank, notary, employer or other recipient what it actually needs. The answer may distinguish between a plain translation, a notarized translation, an original, an apostille or legalization. This protects against treating a commercial preference or one office’s checklist as a universal rule.
Request Azerbaijani translation
For a useful quotation, send clear copies of every page, including seals, reverse sides, annexes and authentication pages.
