Caucasus Translations provides Turkish↔Georgian translation support for business, document and appointment-based work in Georgia. A project may involve contracts and company records, trade or logistics material, a power of attorney, civil-status papers or a document set that must be understandable to a Georgian recipient.
Turkish and Georgian document translation
We translate Turkish↔Georgian documents with the recipient and intended use in mind. This can include official records, correspondence, contracts, company papers, education documents and supporting material. Where English is part of a project, confirm the exact language direction and destination before work begins.
Contracts, company files and trade documentation
Turkish–Georgian commercial work can involve agreements, company extracts, resolutions, powers of attorney, product information, invoices, shipping or logistics documents and correspondence. These documents should be supplied as a complete set, including schedules, signature pages, seals and referenced attachments. See Legal Translation Services, Financial Translation Services and foreign company-document guidance.
Official and family records
Birth, marriage, divorce and education records often need a faithful translation of fields, annotations and attached certificates. The document title alone does not answer whether a notarial format, apostille, legalization or other step is required. Check the recipient’s instructions first, then send the complete final document package for quotation.
Interpreting in Tbilisi
For business meetings, notary appointments, banks, clinics or document-signing meetings, availability depends on the date, location, subject and language direction. Explain the purpose and expected duration when you contact us. See Interpretation Services for general support.
Translation, notarization, apostille, legalization and recipient acceptance are different matters. A translation makes the document readable in another language. A notarial step, apostille or legalization may be requested for a particular document and purpose, but none of those steps guarantees that a recipient will accept a file. Confirm the current requirement with the receiving institution before the work is finalized.
Preparing contracts and official papers
For a contract or company file, provide the complete executed or final draft version, schedules, product lists, signature pages, seals and referenced attachments. For personal records, include reverse sides, notarial wording and any attached authentication certificate. Names and company details should be copied from the source; where a passport or registry record uses a particular spelling, provide it as reference rather than asking for silent normalization.
Planning meetings and delivery
If a Turkish–Georgian assignment includes a meeting or appointment, state the date, time, address, participants, subject and expected duration. If it includes urgent document delivery, explain the recipient and deadline so the available delivery method can be discussed. Translation support does not substitute for legal, customs or immigration advice.
